Selling on HiMarket is sell first, deliver later: you list cards you own at home, and only bring them in after someone buys. Listing is free — the only charge is a HK$3 + 4% transaction fee when a card actually sells.
Step 1 — List your card
Open the card page, pick the exact printing, and click "Add this version to sell list". Set the language, condition, finish and your price (HK$12–99,999) — the listing goes live in the marketplace immediately. A live ratio chip shows how your price compares to the US market reference while you type.

Grade honestly. Cards are checked against your stated condition at drop-off; overgraded cards can be rejected. HiMarket accepts NM, SP and MP only — see the condition guide. When in doubt, grade down.
You can list up to 100 active items at a time, pause listings without losing the price, and bulk-edit prices or export/import your whole sell list as CSV from My Listings.
Step 2 — Wait for the sale
You'll get a notification the moment someone buys your card. Keep a small credit balance so your listings stay active — the system hides listings whose transaction fee you couldn't cover; see inactive listings.
Step 3 — Deliver within 7 days
Bring the card to HiMarket (Wanchai), Basic Land (Mong Kok) or Basic Land (Wan Chai) — or mail it to us — within 7 days of the sale. For Basic Land drop-offs and mailed packages, snap a photo and send it to us on WhatsApp so we can track it.

Step 4 — Get paid
Our staff verify the card matches your listing, then your proceeds (sale price minus the HK$3 + 4% fee) land as store credits. Example: sell at HK$1,000 → fee HK$43 → you receive HK$957.
Spend the credits on cards, or cash out to FPS/PayMe (6% fee).
Faster ways to sell
- Sell to a buylist — if someone already posted a buy offer for your card, accept it with one tap and skip the wait; see How to use the buylist.
- Resell from My Cards — cards already stored at HiMarket sell with instant payment and no delivery at all; see Reselling from My Cards.
Common questions
What fees do sellers pay?
- Free to create. Free to cancel.
- Transaction fee: HK$3 + 4% of the sale price, charged only when the card sells.
- Each account can have up to 100 active sell listings at a time (paused listings count).
Example: a card sells for HK$1,000 → the fee is HK$3 + HK$40 = HK$43, and you receive HK$957 in store credits after verification. Cashing out credits later carries a separate 6% fee — see Store credits, top-ups and cashing out.
What happens if I miss the 7-day delivery deadline?
The order is cancelled and the buyer is refunded in full. The percentage portion of your transaction fee goes to the buyer as compensation and the flat portion is forfeited — so only list cards you can actually deliver. Repeated no-shows can restrict your account.
