Common issues

  • Card images aren't loading — try refreshing the page or check your internet connection.
  • Prices seem outdated — reference prices update daily; try refreshing. USD prices are for reference only, all trading happens in HKD.
  • Can't find a specific card — double-check spelling or search with part of the name; very new cards may take a few days to appear. See Finding cards.
  • Found a bug or incorrect card data? — report it via email or WhatsApp above.
